What's the Job?

• Troubleshoot, test, and repair data center hardware using diagnostic tools and testing rigs
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support daily operational workflows
• Record test results in Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Receive, track, and manage inventory, including checking out parts as needed
• Diagnose hardware and basic network issues, performing physical repairs

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP)
• Experience with server/computer hardware components
• Ability to perform hardware replacements and repairs
• Basic Linux/Unix command line familiarity
