Description

You will troubleshoot, test, and repair data center hardware, ensuring operational readiness and inventory accuracy.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair data center hardware using diagnostic tools and testing rigs.
• Diagnose hardware and basic network issues, performing physical repairs and component replacements.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support daily operational workflows within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Receive, track, and manage inventory, including checking out parts as needed.
• Record test results and operational data accurately in the WMS.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of experience with server and computer hardware components.
• Basic networking knowledge, specifically TCP/IP protocols.
• Ability to perform hardware replacements and physical repairs.
• Familiarity with basic Linux/Unix command line interfaces.
• Experience using diagnostic tools and testing rigs.
• Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for tracking and record-keeping.

Preferred Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
