Description

Diagnose, test, and repair data center hardware and basic network issues using diagnostic tools and testing rigs. Maintain inventory accuracy in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and support daily operational workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair server and computer hardware components.
• Perform physical hardware replacements and basic network repairs.
• Record test results and manage inventory, including checking out parts.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and testing rigs to validate hardware functionality.
• Support daily operational workflows and maintain inventory accuracy.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of experience with basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP).
• Experience with server and computer hardware components.
• Ability to perform hardware replacements and physical repairs.
• Basic familiarity with Linux/Unix command line.
• Proficiency in recording data in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong diagnostic troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 1 year of tenure in a similar technical support role.
