Description

You troubleshoot, test, and repair data center hardware using diagnostic tools and testing rigs. You maintain inventory accuracy, support daily operational workflows, and record test results in the Warehouse Management System (WMS). You also diagnose hardware and basic network issues, performing physical repairs and managing inventory transactions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, test, and repair data center hardware components.

• Receive, track, and manage inventory, including checking out parts.
• Diagnose hardware and basic network issues, performing physical repairs.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of experience with server and computer hardware components.
• Basic networking knowledge, specifically TCP/IP.
• Ability to perform hardware replacements and repairs.
• Basic Linux/Unix command line familiarity.
• Experience using diagnostic tools and testing rigs.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
