Description

Diagnose, test, and repair data center hardware while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting daily operational workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair server and computer hardware using diagnostic tools and testing rigs.
• Record test results in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Receive, track, and manage inventory, including checking out parts as needed.
• Diagnose basic network issues and perform physical hardware replacements.
• Support daily operational workflows within the data center environment.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of experience with basic networking knowledge, specifically TCP/IP.
• Hands-on experience with server and computer hardware components.
• Ability to perform hardware replacements and physical repairs.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix command line interfaces.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and testing rigs.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar tracking tools.

Preferred Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
