Description

Manage day-to-day desktop and AV operations for the North Central Bronx/Jacobi location.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, remote, or over-the-phone troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and connectivity issues.
• Manage hardware deployments, imaging, installation, and upgrades for all workstations and peripheral equipment.
• Own the lifecycle of hardware and software inventory, including tracking, restocking, and preparing equipment for shipping or disposition.
• Resolve incident tickets by analyzing problems and documenting restoration activities in the incident management system.
• Perform preventative and remedial maintenance on computers, laptops, and authorized peripheral devices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or desktop operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Operating Systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and data processing.
• Strong hardware deployment and imaging skills.
• Proven ability in hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Experience managing hardware and software inventories.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools to resolve network connectivity and workstation issues.
• Knowledge of systems analysis methodology and data management.

Education

• Any Graduate degree.
