Description

You will provide first-level IT support and maintain infrastructure for end-users.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support and resolve user requests within set timeframes.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, software, and security systems.
• Create, deactivate, and modify user accounts.
• Escalate major issues to second-level support when necessary.
• Perform minor repairs on IT equipment.

Required Skills

• Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, and Entra ID.
• Understanding of Networking concepts.
• Familiarity with Office 365 administration.
• Ability to lift up to 23 kg.
• Intermediate English (spoken and written).
• 5+ years of experience in IT support.
• Any Graduate education.
