Description

You will manage hardware deployment and Windows 11 rollouts across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Execute the rollout of Windows 11 across the environment.
• Receive, image, and configure laptops and desktops in bulk using Intune.
• Maintain hardware inventory and track device assignments via spreadsheets.
• Install applications and ship devices to users throughout the US.
• Collaborate with local, regional, and global IT teams to resolve ticket backlogs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT support roles.
• Proficiency with Windows 11 deployment.
• Experience with Intune for device imaging and management.
• Strong Help Desk Support and IT Hardware Support capabilities.
• Ability to perform troubleshooting and basic Network Administration.
• Any Graduate degree.
