You will provide on-site PC hardware break-fix support across multiple locations in Moonachie, NJ.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Handle PC hardware break-fix calls at various sites.
• Install and support Dell desktop PCs.
• Complete required product training.
• Travel to different work locations using reliable transportation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT support roles.
• Expertise in PC hardware troubleshooting and repair.
• Proven ability to install and support Dell desktop PCs.
• CompTIA A+ certification is required.
• Must obtain Dell certifications prior to starting work.
• Ability to pass drug and background screenings.
• Must have reliable transportation for weekly travel of 250-350 miles.
• Degree or any graduate level education.
