Description

Provide second-tier technical support and manage enterprise application deployment, endpoint administration, and system maintenance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and deploy packaged and custom applications including ERP, CRM, HRIS, SIMS, and LMS.
• Troubleshoot application performance issues and resolve technical deficiencies.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, and collaboration tools like Teams and Zoom.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, SCCM, and endpoint management tasks.
• Utilize ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms for incident, problem, and change management.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in software/application delivery and technical support.
• Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
• Proficiency with Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Experience with SCCM and endpoint management.
• Knowledge of VPNs, Remote Desktop, and MDM solutions.
• Basic PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience using ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Intune MDM.
