Description

You will own process and workflow automation within Foundry L&D.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automated workflows using Power Automate and Flow to streamline L&D processes.
• Provide ownership and maintenance support for current workflow solutions and SharePoint lists.
• Build and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards visualizing key learning metrics and organizational KPIs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues, ensuring seamless integration between various platforms.
• Plan, track, and manage L&D projects from initiation through completion using Smartsheet or similar tools.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in automation workflow tools, specifically Power Automate and Flow.
• Expertise with Power BI, including advanced proficiency in DAX programming language.
• Experience with SharePoint sites and server content management.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet or other Project Management Software.
• Knowledge of learning management systems and learning content delivery tools.
• Experience with data analysis and ensuring data accuracy across reporting systems.
• Familiarity with MySQL.
• Ability to scope and lead projects and drive organizational improvements.
