Description

You will own process and workflow automation within Foundry L&D. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automated workflows using Power Automate and Flow to streamline L&D processes.
• Build and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards visualizing key learning metrics and organizational KPIs.
• Provide ownership and maintenance support for current workflow solutions and SharePoint lists.
• Plan, track, and manage L&D projects from initiation through completion using Smartsheet or similar tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues, ensuring seamless integration between various platforms.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise in Power Automate and Flow for automation workflow tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX programming language.
• Experience with SharePoint sites and server content management.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet or other Project Management Software.
• Familiarity with MySQL and data analysis.
• Knowledge of learning management systems and learning content delivery tools.
• Ability to scope and lead projects to drive organizational improvements.

Preferred Skills

• Javascript and Json proficiency.
