Description

You will own the automation, data reporting, and project management infrastructure for Foundry L&D operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate and Flow to streamline L&D processes.
• Build and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards to visualize learning metrics and organizational KPIs.
• Manage L&D projects from initiation to completion using Smartsheet and facilitate stakeholder updates.
• Troubleshoot automation issues and ensure data integrity across reporting systems.
• Develop automated reporting solutions and support SharePoint site development for knowledge management.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technology integration, workflow automation, and data analysis.
• Expertise in Power Automate, Microsoft Flow, and Power BI dashboard development.
• Strong proficiency in DAX programming language for Power BI.
• Hands-on experience with Smartsheet or similar project management software.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, and MySQL for data handling and integration.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and content delivery tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in technology management, information systems, computer science, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or Instructional Systems Technology.
• Human Performance Improvement (HPI) Certification.
• Experience managing technology projects for a global audience in regulated environments.
