Description

Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows and interactive dashboards to streamline Learning & Development operations and data reporting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automated workflows using Power Automate and Flow to streamline L&D processes and reduce manual tasks.
• Build and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards using DAX to visualize learning metrics, KPIs, and business impact for leadership.
• Manage L&D projects from initiation to completion using Smartsheet, facilitating status meetings and communicating updates to stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot automation issues and provide technical guidance on data strategy, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and security across reporting systems.
• Collaborate with IT and business partners to develop knowledge management repositories, SharePoint sites, and performance support materials.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technology management, information systems, or related fields.
• Expertise in Power Automate, Microsoft Flow, and Power BI for dashboard and workflow development.
• Strong proficiency in DAX programming language for Power BI data modeling and calculations.
• Experience with Smartsheet or similar project management software for tracking and planning.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, and MySQL for data manipulation and integration.
• Working knowledge of Office 365 ecosystem and Microsoft Copilot.
• Bachelor’s degree in technology management, computer science, instructional design, or related program.

Preferred Skills

• M.S. degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or Instructional Systems Technology.
• Human Performance Improvement (HPI) Certification or experience in regulated environments.
• Experience with AI technologies and instructional design tools like Articulate 360 or Camtasia.
