You will act as a techno-functional specialist focused on Loan IQ configuration and commercial lending solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform Loan IQ configuration and technical analysis to support business IT solutions.
• Execute systematic problem-solving to identify root causes and implement permanent technical solutions.
• Communicate technical findings and resolutions to leadership and operations teams regarding payments banking.
• Apply data-driven decision-making processes to resolve complex queries.
• Conduct quality assurance testing within an Agile methodology framework.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in business IT solutions.
• Specialized expertise in Loan IQ configuration.
• Strong understanding of commercial lending processes.
• Proficiency with SQL Server, ETL, and Informatica layers.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Technical proficiency in Python, SQL, GraphDB, AWS, and Azure.
• Ability to function as a Quality Analyst with strong communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience in Loan IQ configuration testing.
