Description

You will test and validate the Intelligrant grants management software through design collaboration and use case development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Applications Architect, Program Manager, and Database Administrator to design and update technical specifications for the OCD DRU instance.
• Develop use cases to ensure proper Quality Assurance and End User Acceptability.
• Create technical artifacts including workflow designs and testing scenarios based on specific use cases.
• Provide operational support and customer service related to the use of Intelligrant software.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT testing or software quality assurance.
• Direct experience with Intelligrant grants management software functionality.
• Proficiency in Workflow Design and testing methodologies.
• Experience conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to translate use cases into functional testing scenarios.
• Any Graduate degree.
