Validate IT systems and processes through manual testing and script execution in Baton Rouge, LA.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute defined test scripts for system and process validation.
• Test application components for compliance with provided specifications.
• Run network tests to isolate performance issues.
• Validate custom-developed software through manual QA methodologies.
• Provide technical and non-technical knowledge transfer of testing processes.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in manual software testing or manual QA.
• Proficiency with SQL for data validation.
• Experience working within Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
• Ability to work within Agile methodologies.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Selenium.
• Familiarity with Jira, Jama, or Zephyr testing systems.
• Experience in unemployment insurance domains including benefits, tax, appeals, or data validation.
