Description

Lead end-to-end quality assurance for client projects, anchoring testing requirements and owning the release pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test strategies, quality plans, and defect prevention plans.
• Review test plans, cases, and scripts to ensure strict alignment with requirements.
• Manage test environments and validate data setup to ensure timely execution.
• Track project plans, validate "go live" activities, and verify production stability.
• Mentor team members through regular feedback and coaching to improve performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end testing.
• Expertise in Automation Testing and Selenium.
• Proven experience in test planning and test strategy development.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency with scripting languages and automation tools.
• Ability to manage projects, teams, and stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication and client-interfacing skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior QA engineers.
