Description

You will anchor testing requirements and lead the end-to-end testing lifecycle for client projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop test strategies, project quality plans, and defect prevention plans.
• Review test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Manage test environments and validate test data setup for timely execution.
• Monitor project plans and validate go-live activities through production verification.
• Mentor team members and provide regular performance coaching.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end testing.
• Proficiency in Automation Testing and Selenium.
• Experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Strong background in test planning, test strategy, and test estimation.
• Ability to use one or more scripting languages and automation tools.
• Proven stakeholder management and client interfacing skills.
• Experience in project and team management.
