Description

You will lead the end-to-end testing lifecycle for client projects, from strategy to production verification.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop test strategies, quality plans, and defect prevention plans.
• Review test plans, cases, and scripts to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Manage test environments and validate test data setup.
• Monitor project plans and validate go-live activities through production verification.
• Mentor team members and provide performance coaching.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end testing.
• Proficiency in Automation Testing and Selenium.
• Experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Strong background in test planning, strategy, and estimation.
• Ability to use scripting languages and automation tools.
• Proven stakeholder management and client interfacing skills.
• Experience in project and team management.
