Description

You will manage the end-to-end training lifecycle to improve employee technical proficiency.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews and employee surveys with management to identify specific training needs.
• Design training curricula and develop instructional materials, including teaching manuals and online modules.
• Apply various instructional techniques to ensure effective knowledge transfer across the organization.
• Evaluate completed training programs to measure and guarantee effectiveness.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in training and development, instructional design, or teaching.
• Proven experience with instructional design methodologies.
• Knowledge of computer software training programs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in training and development, human resources, education, or business administration.
