Description

You will own the design, production, and delivery of enterprise-wide IT training programs across in-person, remote, and hands-on formats.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute learning strategies including blended learning, eLearning, and instructor-led courses.
• Develop training content across multiple modalities such as videos, user guides, wiki pages, and email communications.
• Lead training teams to create course curricula, storyboards, scripts, and video edits from start to finish.
• Coordinate technical training sessions to build employee expertise and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Manage training video production, including recording, cloud uploading, and viewership monitoring.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in training and development.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process.
• Ability to translate technical software development language into user-friendly terms.
• Proficiency in MS Project and SharePoint.
• Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience using WebEx for remote delivery.
• Knowledge of training platforms including Udemy, LinkedIn, and W3Schools.
• Experience conducting group training and large auditorium sessions.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in MBA, Human Resources, or a related field.
