Description

Lead enterprise IT transformation strategies and cross-functional change management initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Create enterprise and technology strategy documentation for executive audiences.
• Facilitate complex discussions on business strategy, design blueprints, and operating model alignment.
• Develop end-to-end IT transformation projects encompassing people, purpose, and processes.
• Define success metrics to align strategic solutions with finance strategy and target state capabilities.
• Produce reusable architecture artifacts, including diagrams, matrices, and visual representations of complex data.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience working with senior management audiences.
• 5+ years of experience working directly with executive-level audiences.
• Practical experience adopting enterprise frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, TOGAF, or Zachman.
• Proven ability to distill complex data into narratives for senior leadership.
• Extensive experience building PowerBI dashboards to track transformation metrics and process improvements.
• Strong documentation skills for producing high-quality strategic artifacts.
• Ability to conduct visioning sessions to build consensus among stakeholders.
• Experience leading both in-person and virtual collaborations.
