You will drive IT transformation strategies and processes to support enterprise-level change management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of enterprise and technology strategy documentation for executive-level audiences.
• Enable end-to-end IT transformation projects across multiple business capabilities, including people, purpose, and processes.
• Facilitate complex, cross-functional senior management discussions regarding business strategy, design blueprints, and operating model alignment.
• Develop organization-specific frameworks and methodologies based on industry standards.
• Define success metrics to align strategic solutions with expected financial benefits and target state capabilities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience working with senior management level audiences.
• 5+ years of experience working directly with executive-level audiences.
• Practical experience adopting enterprise frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, TOGAF, or Zachman.
• Proven ability to conduct visioning sessions with senior leaders to build consensus.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills for distilling complex data into narratives for senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage organizational dynamics and devise strategies under complex circumstances.
• Experience in Enterprise and/or Transformation architecture best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Extensive experience building PowerBI dashboards to communicate transformation metrics.
• Deep technical knowledge in development, solution architecture, security, infrastructure, integrations, cloud, or data.
