You will design user-centered self-service experiences for billing, payments, and policy changes across multiple lines of business.
Responsibilities
Design user-centered solutions and interaction models that follow established UX and brand standards.
Translate complex product requirements and stakeholder feedback into actionable design insights, user scenarios, flows, and diagrams.
Collaborate with content designers, product owners, engineers, and researchers within an agile environment.
Integrate user feedback from concept testing and usability studies into the design process.
Articulate design decisions clearly to peers, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
Required Skills
3+ years of UX/Product Design experience.
Hands-on proficiency with Figma.
Strong background in at least two of the following: Visual Design, UX Design, Prototyping, Information Architecture, Front-End Development, or User Research.
Experience working within Agile, Design Thinking, Lean UX, or Human-Centered Design methodologies.
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to synthesize information from finance, business SMEs, and process owners.
An online portfolio containing relevant UX work or case studies.
