Description

You will design user-centered self-service experiences for billing, payments, and policy changes across multiple lines of business.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design user-centered solutions and interaction models that follow established UX and brand standards.
• Translate complex product requirements and stakeholder feedback into actionable design insights, user scenarios, flows, and diagrams.
• Collaborate with content designers, product owners, engineers, and researchers within an agile environment.
• Integrate user feedback from concept testing and usability studies into the design process.
• Articulate design decisions clearly to peers, stakeholders, and senior leadership.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of UX/Product Design experience.
• Hands-on proficiency with Figma.
• Strong background in at least two of the following: Visual Design, UX Design, Prototyping, Information Architecture, Front-End Development, or User Research.
• Experience working within Agile, Design Thinking, Lean UX, or Human-Centered Design methodologies.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to synthesize information from finance, business SMEs, and process owners.
• Online portfolio containing relevant UX work or case studies.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in insurance claims.
