Description

You will lead the IT procurement team and own the end-to-end lifecycle of hardware, software, and services contracts.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the procurement process from initial request through to fully executed contracts.
• Coordinate RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes, including document development, evaluations, and negotiations.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships to reduce costs and increase productivity.
• Partner with Legal to ensure all agreements meet compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
• Implement and maintain an asset management solution for IT hardware and software.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT procurement.
• Direct experience managing sourcing and contracting for hardware, software, and professional services.
• Expert-level negotiation skills for IT contracts.
• Ability to write and interpret complex contract terms and conditions.
• Advanced knowledge of procurement and contract management best practices.
• Strong understanding of the IT supplier base.
• Ability to analyze financial contract terms to identify cost savings.
• Proficiency in maintaining data sets for contract renewals and purchase obligations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience researching and evaluating suppliers based on service, reliability, and distribution capabilities.
