You will manage IT vendor relationships and contract lifecycles in a hybrid capacity based in Fort Worth, TX.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end contract negotiation processes.
• Oversee ongoing contract management to ensure compliance.
• Execute vendor negotiations to secure favorable terms.
• Maintain accurate records of vendor interactions and agreements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align vendor capabilities with business needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in vendor management or related roles.
• Proven expertise in contract negotiation.
• Strong background in contract management.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex negotiations.
• Negotiation and Contract Negotiation skills.
• Contract Management proficiency.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with vendor management software.
