Conduct hospitality audits and provide consultative feedback in English and Italian for hotel management.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate verbal and written consultations in English and Italian.
• Schedule and lead Zoom meetings with hotel management to conduct audit forms.
• Build rapport with property-level leadership to deliver consultative feedback.
• Prepare detailed reports regarding audit findings.

Required Skills

• Native or professional fluency in Italian.
• 3-9 years of professional experience.
• Experience with hotel audits and hospitality management.
• Proficiency in Excel report preparation.
• Ability to conduct professional meetings via Zoom.
• Background in hotel operations or hospitality management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Business, Hotel/Restaurant Management, or Tourism.
