Description

Manage the installation, configuration, and optimization of SAS software within complex multi-machine environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install SAS solutions and integrate them with enterprise Linux, Windows, storage, and security infrastructure.
• Configure SAS software for optimal performance, scheduling, and log monitoring systems.
• Administer users, data, and security, including certificates and enterprise directory service integration.
• Perform backups, restorations, and troubleshooting of SAS environments.
• Create pre-install and post-install documentation for client handovers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAS software installation and configuration.
• Deep understanding of SAS server environments and production-grade setups.
• Proficiency in Unix scripting and SAS programming.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting SAS servers.
• Hands-on experience with user, data, and security administration.
• Strong project management and communication skills to advise customers.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Terraform and Ansible.
• Knowledge of Amazon Web Services and deployment infrastructure.
