Description

You will design and implement ServiceNow ITAM and ITOM solutions to manage software and hardware assets.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement ServiceNow ITAM/ITOM products, focusing on asset and configuration management.
• Build platforms to manage cloud, on-prem, and end-user assets.
• Reconcile and manipulate large discovery datasets using data warehousing and data lake techniques.
• Evaluate complex designs and solve problems across distributed systems with stakeholders.
• Implement control requirements for regulatory, security, and data privacy standards.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in architecting and implementing ServiceNow ITAM/ITOM products.
• Deep understanding of CMDB tables, architecture, Mid Server, ETLs, and transform maps.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow discovery, Tanium, Flexera, SCCM, and BMC ADDM.
• Proficiency with AWS Config/Trail, Google APIs, and Azure APIs.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Script Includes, client scripts, and UI policies.
• Experience with SDLC models, software architecture, data structures, and algorithms.
• Background in data lake and data warehousing for large-scale dataset management.

Preferred Skills

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for the ServiceNow product suite, including HAM, SAM, and APM.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow within complex network environments.
