You will manage and maintain the organization's IT hardware and software assets to ensure efficiency, maintenance, and policy compliance.
Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, including hardware and software, ensuring compliance with vendor contracts and company policies.
Provide deskside and touch support for end users, responding to service requests and incidents involving PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
Perform device imaging for laptops and workstations.
Investigate and troubleshoot software, desktop, and connectivity issues.
Document all technical activities and work notes within the IT service management tool.
Required Skills
8+ years of experience in IT environments.
Proven experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM).
Proficiency in Windows OS support.
Experience providing MacBook support.
Hands-on experience with Zscaler troubleshooting.
Experience with O365 support.
Ability to perform remote support and troubleshooting for end users.
Experience with hardware imaging and deployment.
Preferred Skills
Experience with local IT and infrastructure support for end-user clients.
