Description

You will manage the full lifecycle of IT hardware and software assets while providing deskside and remote support for end users.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, ensuring compliance with vendor contracts and company policies.
• Perform device imaging, deployment, and maintenance for laptops and workstations.
• Provide deskside and remote support for PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot software, desktop, and connectivity issues.
• Document all technical activities and work notes within the IT service management tool.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in IT environments.
• Proven experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM).
• Proficiency in Windows OS support.
• Experience providing MacBook support.
• Hands-on experience with Zscaler troubleshooting.
• Experience with O365 support.
• Ability to perform remote support and troubleshooting for end users.
• Experience with hardware imaging and deployment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with local IT and infrastructure support for end-user clients.
