Description

Lead the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow SAM Pro and HAM Pro modules for enterprise IT Asset Management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure ServiceNow SAM Pro and HAM Pro modules across multiple client sites.
• Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate integrations with enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define ITAM requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure effective module utilization.
• Develop technical documentation, troubleshoot issues, and propose process improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT Asset Management and ServiceNow development.
• Proven track record implementing ServiceNow SAM Pro and HAM Pro.
• ServiceNow Developer Certification.
• ITAM ServiceNow Certification.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow SAM Pro and ITAM modules.
• Ability to develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Any Graduate degree.
