Description

Lead the design, build, and deployment of ITBM enhancements and BI solutions. Own the integration of PowerBI with ServiceNow and ensure application integrity.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure target systems for data input processing, calculations, charge/SLA processing, and invoice reconciliation.
• Create and execute comprehensive test plans covering unit, system, UAT, and performance testing to resolve defects.
• Evaluate existing BI systems and define source system data requirements for ITSM and project management.
• Perform peer code reviews and document operational processes for ITFM/ITSLM.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with Information Technology projects.
• Proven ability to create data models that transform raw data into business insights.
• Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
• Strong background in UAT, ITFM, and ITSLM processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical BI solutions.
• Experience communicating technical requirements to executive-level leadership across multiple business units.
• Hands-on expertise in troubleshooting and debugging complex systems.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience working with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
