Description

Lead the planning, development, and implementation of BI solutions to track financials and performance metrics for service providers.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into technical specifications and design, build, and deploy BI solutions.
• Maintain and support data analytics platforms and create data storage tools such as OLAP cubes.
• Develop and execute database queries, conduct analyses, and create visualizations and reports.
• Configure target systems including data input processing, calculations, charge/SLA processing, and invoice reconciliation.
• Perform peer code reviews and support the development and execution of test plans for unit, system, UAT, and performance testing.

Required Skills

• 9 years of experience with Information Technology projects.
• 5 years of experience designing and deploying BI solutions using Power BI and Tableau.
• 5 years of experience with the Microsoft Business Intelligence Stack, including Power BI, SSAS, SSRS, and SSIS.
• 5 years of experience with data preparation, data gateways, and data warehousing projects.
• 5 years of experience using JavaScript, CSS, SQL, and other JavaScript libraries.
• 5 years of experience creating data models to transform raw data into relevant insights.
• 3 years of experience with software or asset management and reporting compliance metrics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OLAP, UAT, and BI system integration.
