Description

Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation within licensing, commerce, and order management domains. You will translate business needs into functional specifications and technical user stories for developers and QA.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current state application designs and translate new requirements into functional specifications and technical user stories.
• Design new solution options by assessing existing system complexities and integration needs.
• Lead test case preparation and reviews, supporting QA exercises and driving issue resolution.
• Validate developed capabilities against business requirements and perform stakeholder demonstrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a global delivery environment to resolve integration requirements.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in Information Technology, specifically in licensing, commerce, order management, or entitlements.
• Ability to comprehend technical architectures involving Java, MongoDB, and Oracle PL/SQL.
• Understanding of data pipelines and various integration technologies and approaches.
• Strong analytical skills to map complex business processes to technical designs.
• Experience working within multi-stakeholder environments.
• Effective communication skills for interacting across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of hardware, service, and software subscription-based business models, enterprise agreements, and renewals.
