- Review proposed solutions through standard risk assessments to effectively challenge technical designs.
- Manage and optimize core ITIL processes including Change, Incident, and Service Configuration management.
- Oversee IT asset management and Service Performance management workflows.
- Assist the first line of defense in managing technology risk through process oversight.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in ITIL process management.
- Deep knowledge of Service Performance management.
- Experience with Change Management processes.
- Expertise in Service Configuration management.
- Proficiency in IT asset management.
- Proven ability in Incident Management.
- Experience conducting risk assessments to challenge technical solutions.
- University degree in any field.
