Manage technology risk and optimize core ITIL processes to challenge technical designs and ensure operational stability.

Responsibilities

• Review proposed solutions through standard risk assessments to effectively challenge technical designs.
• Manage and optimize core ITIL processes including Change, Incident, and Service Configuration management.
• Oversee IT asset management and Service Performance management workflows.
• Assist the first line of defense in managing technology risk through process oversight.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ITIL process management.
• Deep knowledge of Service Performance management.
• Experience with Change Management processes.
• Expertise in Service Configuration management.
• Proficiency in IT asset management.
• Proven ability in Incident Management.
• Experience conducting risk assessments to challenge technical solutions.

Preferred Skills

• University degree in any field.
