You will lead IT service management process consulting and improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead process audits, assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Consult with stakeholders at all levels to align service management processes.
• Apply ITIL, ISO, and CMMI best practices across the organization.
• Manage and optimize processes within ITSM tools and technologies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in IT service management and ITIL process consulting.
• In-depth knowledge of ITIL, ISO, and CMMI processes.
• Experience working with ITSM tools and technologies.
• ITIL Expert or Master certification.
• ITIL v3 certification.
• ISO/IEC 20000 or CMMI certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
