Description

Manage and optimize IT Service Management processes within the Virginia state government enterprise environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing ITIL processes to identify workflow gaps and inefficiencies.
• Develop and implement recommendations for process improvements across the ITSM portfolio.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at various organizational levels to gather requirements and analyze ITIL practices.
• Support IT service delivery by implementing standardized methodologies.

Required Skills

• ITIL v4 Practice Manager or Managing Professional certification.
• 2+ years of experience implementing Service Catalog, Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Release management.
• 3+ years of experience analyzing business processes and implementing workflow improvements.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience within Virginia state government.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
• Expertise in Service Catalog, Incident, Request, Problem, and Change management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience optimizing large-scale ITSM portfolios.
