Description
You will manage and optimize ITIL methodologies within an enterprise IT Service Management portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate existing ITIL processes to identify workflow gaps and inefficiencies.
- Develop and implement recommendations for process improvements across the ITSM lifecycle.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at various organizational levels to gather requirements for ITIL practice development.
- Implement and manage Service Catalog, Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Release management processes.
Required Skills
- ITIL v4 Practice Manager or Managing Professional certification.
- 2+ years of experience implementing Service Catalog, Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Release management.
- 3+ years of experience analyzing business processes and implementing workflow improvements.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience within Virginia state government.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in an enterprise-scale IT environment.
- Ability to work onsite in Richmond, VA several days a week.
