Responsibilities

• Manage core ITIL processes within the organization.
• Monitor process compliance and adherence to framework standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements.

• Audit and enforce process adherence.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ITIL process management.
• Deep practical knowledge of ITIL frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate degree.
