Description

Manage and optimize ITIL methodologies within an enterprise IT Service Management portfolio.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing ITIL processes to identify workflow gaps and inefficiencies.
• Develop and implement recommendations for process improvements across the ITSM lifecycle.
• Collaborate with organizational stakeholders to gather requirements for ITIL practice development.
• Implement and manage Service Catalog, Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Release management processes.

Required Skills

• ITIL v4 Practice Manager or Managing Professional certification.
• 2+ years of experience implementing Service Catalog, Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Release management.
• 3+ years of experience analyzing business processes and implementing workflow improvements.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience within Virginia state government.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in an enterprise-scale IT environment.
• Ability to work onsite in Richmond, VA several days a week.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise-scale IT Service Management portfolios.
