Description

You will lead the end-to-end implementation and management of ITIL V4 practices within the ITSM framework.

Responsibilities

• Assess current ITSM processes to identify gaps and implement new workflows adhering to ITIL standards.
• Execute the full lifecycle of all 34 ITIL V4 practices through at least one end-to-end engagement.
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders to align ITSM processes with specific business goals.
• Monitor and report on process effectiveness while facilitating continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide guidance and training on ITSM best practices and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

• Deep expertise in ITIL V4 framework and all 34 associated practices.
• Proven experience implementing ITIL V4 end-to-end in a professional engagement.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM process development and management.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in ITSM or ITIL roles.
• Ability to conduct gap analyses on existing service management workflows.
• Experience in stakeholder management and business alignment.
