Description

You will serve as the Subject Matter Expert for the ITIL4 framework, leading the strategic transition from ITIL3 to ITIL4 practices.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing IT services and processes to establish a baseline for transformation.
• Design and implement all 34 ITIL4 practices using a phased approach.
• Create and execute a transformation roadmap and strategy in collaboration with IT and business stakeholders.
• Conduct maturity model assessments, including capability and comprehensive assessments.
• Develop roadmaps for continual service improvement and present performance reports to senior leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Proven experience transforming ITIL3 processes into ITIL4 practices.
• Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in the ITIL4 framework.
• ITIL4 certification is required.
• Ability to identify and present business risks to governing bodies.
• Experience with maturity model assessments and capability analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Experience providing training, coaching, and managing certification efforts for the team.
