Description

You will provide technical support for internal applications, network infrastructure, hardware, and mobile devices.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware, mobile, and network issues as the first point of contact.
• Manage the full lifecycle of incidents and requests until closure.
• Escalate complex issues to the local IT manager or second-level support teams.
• Provide VIP support for executives and manage audio/video and web conference meetings.
• Document technical procedures, FAQs, and maintain an inventory of assets.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of Corporate Help Desk or Desktop Support experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows 7, 10, and 11.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (2016, 2019, 2021) and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with SCCM and Imaging Software.
• Foundational knowledge of IPv4 networking and VPN.
• Hands-on experience with PC hardware and remote desktop support tools.
• Experience using Helpdesk ticket tracking software.
• Ability to prioritize tasks to meet defined SLAs.
• Strong English speaking and writing skills.
