Description

You will manage the ITOM product lifecycle while driving agile maturity across development teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, goals, and roadmap within the ITOM domain.
• Manage the product backlog by writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and prioritizing features.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor development teams and stakeholders on agile principles, values, and frameworks.
• Identify and resolve impediments, risks, and dependencies to ensure continuous value delivery.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in an agile environment.
• 2+ years of experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or agile practitioner.
• Deep understanding of the ITOM domain.
• Proficiency in Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or equivalent.
• Certified Agile Coach (CAC), Professional Agile Coach (PAC), or equivalent.
• Strong ability to use data and metrics to track product performance and quality.
• Proven experience in conflict resolution and balancing competing priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
