Description

You will lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM solutions, managing legacy migrations and architectural integrations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute legacy migrations to ServiceNow platforms.
• Architect ServiceNow integrations to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
• Implement and maintain CSDM and CMDB frameworks.
• Operate within Agile methodologies to deliver technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in ServiceNow architecture.
• Deep expertise in ITOM (IT Operations Management).
• Hands-on experience with CSDM and CMDB implementation.
• Proven track record managing legacy migrations.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript for ServiceNow development.
• Experience building and managing ServiceNow integrations.
• Working knowledge of Agile development processes.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
