Description

You will own the testing lifecycle for ServiceNow ITOM modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and test cases across ServiceNow ITOM modules.
• Conduct functional, integration, regression, UAT, and API testing for ITOM features.
• Validate Discovery patterns, probes, sensors, service maps, and CMDB data integrity.
• Test ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping jobs, event management rules, and monitoring tool integrations.
• Develop automation scripts and report defects using Jira, ALM, or Azure DevOps.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in QA/testing, including 2–4+ years specifically testing ServiceNow ITOM.
• Proficiency in Functional, Integration, Regression, API, and UAT testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF, Postman, and Selenium.
• Experience testing ServiceNow modules including ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB.
• Familiarity with monitoring tool integrations like Solarwinds, Splunk, Nagios, and AppDynamics.
• Understanding of networking protocols: TCP/IP, SSH, WMI, and SNMP.
• Experience testing environments involving AWS, Azure, and Kubernetes.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
